How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
At Eckhardt Coffee Roasters, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and we are here to help if there is an issue with your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for roasted coffee. If you receive an incorrect item or if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund if necessary.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect items received. Please provide clear documentation (photos, order number, etc.) of the issue to help us process your refund or replacement quickly.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, we offer bulk ordering options for businesses and events. Please contact us with your order details, and we will provide you with a quote and any available discounts.

What is your shipping policy?
At Eckhardt Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep. To ensure the highest quality, each batch is roasted specifically for your order.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders twice a week:
Orders placed by Friday at 12:00 PM (CST) will ship that same Friday.
Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM (CST) and by Tuesday at 12:00 PM (CST) will be ship that Tuesday.
Shipping Methods
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location.
